I have been a licensed massage therapist for 17 years. My training was at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona where I focused on Swedish Sedona, Deep Tissue Sculpting and Zen Shiatsu. With these modalities along with Lomi Lomi, cupping, hot stones, Reiki & craniosacral therapy - I like to create a fusion of styles to meet the needs of each session.

I have been licensed as a massage therapist since 2001, having received my training at Ashmead School of Massage in Fife, Washington. I have also been practicing as a physical therapist assistant since 1999, having received my training from Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington. June 7, 2025, marks my third year in private practice as a massage therapist. I joined the La Luna Wellness team in October of 2024. My experience specializes in pain relief, mobility restoration, and relaxation techniques. My approach combines therapeutic touch with deep tissue work along with cupping all with mindfulness-based therapy to create a fully rejuvenated experience.
